The following North Carolina standing timber price information is reported on a quarterly basis for North Carolina. The price report provides state-wide, average standing timber prices for pine, oak, and mixed hardwood sawtimber, pine chip-n-saw, and pine and hardwood pulpwood. This information is made possible through an agreement with Timber Mart-South. The price report will be available to download by the end of the month following the last day of the quarter. This information is available in pdf file format and is available free for downloading. A free pdf reader can be downloaded from Adobe. More information and resources on how to sell timber.
