Upcoming Pollinator Workshops

— Written By Kristin Wing

Are you interested in implementing conservation practices such as establishing pollinator habitat on your land? We’re hosting two workshops this summer,
Women Owning Woodlands: Managing for Pollinators & Native Species, providing the perfect opportunity to explore this topic.

You’ll join other women landowners and land management professionals to grow your network and learn about the importance of pollinators & native species, creating and enhancing pollinator habitat, an invasive plant removal, financial and technical assistance programs and much more!

Dates and locations of the workshops are:
Thursday, June 13, 2019, 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m., Mountain Research Station
Monday, June 24, 2019, 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m., N.C. Cooperative Extension of Franklin County office
